Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Allegiance mobile and web app (the "App") and allegiancetcg.com (the "Site") collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App and Site are operated by Parkle LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). Questions? Email General@allegiancetcg.com.
1. Information we collect

Once approved, the photo appears on your public collector profile, in the Collectors' Hall and in our Discord #collection-showcase channel. Rejected photos are deleted. |

We do not collect your location, contacts, advertising ID or payment information in the App. The App has no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking tools. Games you play offline (Pass & Play, or bot games while not connected) stay on your device.
2. How we share information
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only:
- With other players: your player name, the cards and moves you play in games with them, and your approved Vault photos, badges and collector profile.
- On Discord: pending Vault photos go to our reviewers; approved ones and badge announcements are posted in our server. Discord's own privacy policy applies there.
- With service providers who run the service for us under contract. Supabase hosts our database, sign-in and game server in the United States. Discord provides "Save with Discord" sign-in and hosts our community server. App stores (Google Play, Apple) deliver the App.
- If required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our players, us, or others.
- In a business transfer, if the App is sold or merged, under this policy's protections.
3. Shop purchases
When you buy physical products from the Site, checkout is handled by our payment processor. They collect your payment details, name, shipping address and email to complete the order, and we receive the order details needed to ship it. We never see your full card number.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, collection, Discord link, Vault photos, and your records of online and bot games within 30 days, except where we must keep something to meet legal obligations. Short-lived server logs and backups expire on their own schedule, typically within 30 days. Shop order records are kept as required for tax and accounting.
5. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account: in the App open Account → Delete account, or see allegiancetcg.com/delete-account.
- Change your player name any time in the App.
- Access or correct your data: email us and include your Player ID (shown in Account).
Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU and UK), you may have additional rights, such as the right to know, access, correct, delete or move your information, and to object to certain uses. We honor these requests for all players. We don't "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, email General@allegiancetcg.com.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to game servers and the database is restricted, and players can only read their own account data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. International players
We're based in the United States and our servers are in the United States. By using the App, your information is processed there.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the changes are significant, we'll also let you know in the App.
